Runepad
Emergency exit

Your ETH, with or without us.

Every day Runepad writes a checkpoint of every balance to the Vault. If none arrives for the Vault's exit delay, still loading, anyone can open the exit, and each address takes out its balance of the last checkpoint from its own wallet. This page reads the Vault directly and works even when our servers do not.

Any public RPC of Robinhood Chain works. If ours does not answer, paste another one here.

How the exit works

  1. 01Every day the Vault receives a checkpoint: one number that commits to the ETH balance of every address, signed by a key only for checkpoints.
  2. 02Each checkpoint has a public file with every balance. It is kept on IPFS, on this host and, for your own address, in your browser.
  3. 03If no checkpoint arrives for the exit delay, anyone may open the exit. The team may also open it early, with a notice.
  4. 04Once open, the exit is final: deposits, withdrawals and new checkpoints stop for good.
  5. 05Each address then claims the ETH balance of the last checkpoint, from its own wallet, with a proof this page takes from the file.
  6. 06ETH inside bonding curves backs the tokens traded there and is not paid out in an exit. The operator claims its fee balances like any other balance.
